Meanwhile, prepare a glass with two teaspoons of sugar for every person who will take the coffee.<br \/>Keep an eye on the Moka because you have to take the first sip of coffee and put it immediately into the glass where the sugar was put. Once this is done, you can put the coffee maker on the stove to let continue the preparation of coffee.<br \/>Begin to mix with a teaspoon the sugar wet with the first sip of coffee. You need to stir vigorously until the mixture of coffee and sugar in the glass becomes frothy. Finally, put two teaspoons of the obtained &#8220;cream&#8221; in each cup and pour the coffee.<br \/>Tenere sempre d\u2019occhio la moka perch\u00e9 bisogna prendere il primo goccio di caff\u00e8 e metterlo immediatamente nel bicchiere dove \u00e8 stato messo lo zucchero. Una volta fatto questo \u00e8 possibile rimettere la moka sul fornello in modo che continui la preparazione del caff\u00e8.<br \/>Iniziare a mescolare, con un cucchiaino, lo zucchero bagnato con il primo goccio di caff\u00e8 uscito dalla moka. \u00c8 necessario mescolare energicamente fino a far diventare schiumoso il composto di caff\u00e8 e zucchero nel bicchiere.
