PASTA WITH RAD CHICORY
AND WALTNUTS

Ingredients for 4 people:

If you love pesto, we have the recipe for you: pesto with rad chicory and walnuts.

  • 100 g of red chicory
  • 50 g of walnut
  • ½ clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 20 g of grated parmesan
  • salt
  • 320 g of pasta

Preparation:

Rinse the radicchio, dry it and cut it into pieces. Put it in the blender together with the oil, the walnuts, the parmesan, the half clove of garlic. 
Blend until obtaining a creamy and homogeneous consistency. Boil a pot of water, add salt and cook the pasta al dente. Season with radicchio pesto and walnuts. Decorate with some walnut.
